Journey from Fat to Fit!

 


So losing weight was a very challenging task. It takes a lot of hard work and a lot of dedication and a lot of motivation, and it's very important to maintain that until you get fit. For this sometimes you may have to watch some motivation videos. And motivatting yourself, you always look at yourself in the mirror to see how thin you have become You measure your waist with a measuring tape, how many inches have you lost? You measure your weight, how many grams, or how many kilograms have been reduced. All these things motivate and if there is some increment in it, then these things also demotivate us, so understanding all these problems and crossing them, it is very important to stay dedicated to reduce your obesity. And it is not possible for everyone to do this because some people would lose their motivation soon, then I would just like to tell them that do not lose your motivation, because in the end your hard work, it will definitely give you results.

Do you know how was my journey? to reduce obesity. So because of covid-19.
Due to lockdown in the last few months, caused a lot of loss financial wealth but also there was a little benefit from it, that I was able to improve my health. When my stomach started to show , my weight was very high. My primary aim was to decrease it.
 
So how did I start my journey, first of all I watched some videos. In which I found a proper way to exercise. Then I downloaded some apps. I followed the person exercise moves , as he was doing. Well I tried too. Matching his pace. In the beginning, stamina was less, so can not do much, then we have to push ourself and yes it is very important to keep pushing yourself otherwise you will never reach your desired result. Stamina will increase gradually. Gradually I started losing some weight, that encouraged me yes, I am moving towards right goal. After some time there was relief in lockdown and I was able to get out of home and started doing my jogging, in the starting the target was less of jogging like I ran 2 kilometers and as the stamina increased I started running more kilometers, then it increased two to three, three to five and five to seven, daily jogging of 7 kilometers, made difference and i felt it. I got more motivation for this and then i used bicycle. I made good use that cycle. Cycling on an average of 20 kms daily for one month. I saw a decline in the weight which gave me more encouragement.
 
So during this complete journey, I lost 14 kg, it took time and yes one thing to keep in mind is that you have to control your appetite, i even saw some videos that say you can do intermittent fasting. This means that you have to eat food only in some period of time. After that you have to fast for about 14 hours. After that you can eat, so I also tried some of this too. It helped me in reducing my weight, at that time my appetite get under control and now the fat of the stomach have also reduced.

So it was mine Journey to reduce obesity, my journey from fat to fit.

So after reading this, you will also get some encouragement. It is very important to keep yourself fit too, so that if you stay fit, you feel light. If you feel light, then you have more energy. If the energy is high, then you can do your work efficiently. Your mind remains fit as there is a saying.
